𝗔 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺.

Our technical and semi-technical apprentices recently visited NatWest Group for a valuable industry exposure experience. What made the visit truly special was the opportunity for students to participate in one-to-one mock interviews, giving them a real sense of how professional interviews work and how they can present their skills with confidence.

During the visit, the apprentices also had the chance to interact with Jennifer Scott, Head of Digital Banking Technology, Jonathan Hall, Head of Digital, Anish Patel, Head of Digital Channels Platform, Manish Tiwari, Head of Accounts and Payments Platform Lead, and Arun Ravichandran, Platform Lead.. They shared insights from their professional journeys, spoke about the realities of the industry, and encouraged the students to stay curious and keep learning.

The conversations continued over lunch, where students could interact more freely, ask questions, and reflect on what they had experienced during the day.

The visit also included a walk around the workplace, allowing the apprentices to see the environment where professionals collaborate and build impactful technology.
