We use a multi-step process: essays, aptitude and attitude tests, culture-fit interviews, and underprivileged verification to ensure opportunities go to those who need them most.

Mostly in technology and finance, software engineering, data, and non-tech roles in multinationals with salaries starting at ₹50,000+ per month.
