𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 Xcelevate Skills Foundation 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 The Better India

This recognition is not just about us it is about the journeys, resilience, and potential of the young individuals we work with every day.

The article captures what we have built: a residential, year-long Gurukul model designed to prepare first-generation graduates for corporate careers many of whom are stepping into this world for the very first time.

From early mornings at 5:30 AM to long hours of technical and communication training, the journey is intense. But behind this structure lies a simple belief:

𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲. 𝗢𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁.

Through this model, we have been able to:
